What to Expect

A clear path from first call to resolution.

    FAQ

    Common questions.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute consult is free for all four practice areas at this fictional firm. We will tell you clearly if a follow-up meeting would be billed.

Does submitting the online review make you my lawyer?

No. An attorney-client relationship begins only when both sides sign a written engagement agreement. Please don't share confidential details until the conflict check is complete.

    What is a conflict check?

Before discussing details, we confirm that we don't already represent anyone else involved in your matter. That's why the intake asks for the names of other parties.

    How do flat fees work?

For routine matters like wills, LLC formation and many uncontested divorces, we quote one price for a defined scope. Anything outside the scope is discussed with you before work begins.

    Can we meet by video?

Yes. Consults can be in person at 100 Example Ave, by secure video, or by phone.

    Can you guarantee a result?

No ethical lawyer can guarantee an outcome. We can promise clear communication, careful preparation and honest advice about your options.
